Payment Policy

In order to make purchasing your wedding gown and accessories as easy and stress free as possible the following terms are offered:

- 50% deposit on the purchase price of all ordered gowns. The remaining 50% is due when the gown arrives instore.- A 3 month lay-by on stock gowns is available on request (a limited 2 month lay-by on sale gowns).

- Equal regular payments must be either fortnightly or monthly.

- The lay-by is to be finalised prior to the commencement of any alterations if they are necessary.

- All gowns are priced GST inclusive, however imported gowns incur customs duties and taxes. A proportion of these charges may be added to the cost of the gown upon arrival. Imported gowns will also incur a $50 fee for Postage & Packaging.

- All major credit cards are accepted except American Express. Eftpos is available. Cheques must be presented one week prior to final pickup.


Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event of a customer cancelling an order

- Any cancellation made prior to the customers order being placed with the supplier will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of any monies paid.
- Any cancellation made after the order has been placed will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of any monies paid.


Quotation Policy

During a fitting session a written quote may be obtained for a particular gown and accessories.

This quote will be valid for one month only.
